Fairy Hooks sells digital products only, including downloadable digital crochet patterns and related digital files. Because our products are delivered electronically, there are no physical items to return.

Digital Products

All products sold by Fairy Hooks are digital downloads or digital content. No physical product will be shipped.

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to you, it cannot be physically returned.

Returns

Because our products are digital, we do not accept returns.

You do not need to send anything back to us, and we do not accept returned files, printed copies, or any other materials.

Refunds

Refunds may be provided where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

For customers located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, unless an exception applies.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, such as downloadable PDF patterns or other digital files, you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been supplied, downloaded, or accessed, if you have given your express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that this means you lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and accessing a digital product from Fairy Hooks, you understand that the product is digital content and that once it has been made available to you, there may be no right to cancel or receive a refund, except where required by law.

Before Download or Access

If you purchased a digital product but have not yet downloaded, accessed, or received the file, you may contact us at support@fairyhooks.com as soon as possible.

If applicable law gives you a right to cancel and no exception applies, we will process your refund in accordance with those legal requirements.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, please contact us at support@fairyhooks.com with your order numbers.

We will review the situation and may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase where appropriate.
