FAQ
How will I receive my downloads?
You will receive your pattern as an instant digital download in PDF format. After checkout, your download will be available in three places: by email, on the thank you page immediately after purchase and in your account section on our store. This gives you multiple ways to access your files whenever you need them.
What exactly will I receive?
Each purchase includes a digital PDF crochet pattern. Our patterns are designed to be clear, complete, and easy to follow. Depending on the pattern, your PDF may include: materials needed, yarn suggestions, hook size, finished size, abbreviations, stitch notes, special techniques, step-by-step written instructions, assembly guidance, and helpful photos or diagrams where relevant.
Are these physical products?
No. We sell digital crochet patterns only. No physical product will be shipped to you. You will receive a downloadable PDF file so you can create the item yourself.
Can I access my pattern later if I lose the email?
Yes. Your files are not only sent by email, but are also available on the order confirmation page immediately after checkout and in your customer account on our store.
What difficulty levels do your patterns use?
Our patterns are labeled by difficulty to help you choose projects that match your experience level. We currently use three difficulty levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
What does Beginner mean?
Beginner patterns are suitable for crocheters who are newer to reading patterns or making amigurumi. These patterns usually use simpler stitches, more straightforward construction, fewer pieces, and easier finishing steps.
What does Intermediate mean?
Intermediate patterns are a good fit for crocheters who already know the basics and are comfortable following standard crochet abbreviations and instructions. These patterns may include more shaping, more pieces, color changes, or slightly more detailed assembly.
What does Advanced mean?
Advanced patterns are intended for experienced crocheters who are comfortable with more detailed shaping, more involved construction, and techniques that require greater precision and confidence.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our store uses Shopify Payments, which means your payment is processed through Shopify’s secure checkout system. Your payment details are protected using industry-standard security measures, and we do not store your full card information ourselves.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your country and device. In general, Shopify Payments supports major credit and debit cards, and may also offer additional payment options depending on your region.
Why is the price shown in USD if my card uses another currency?
Our store may display prices in USD, but at checkout Shopify can automatically convert the amount into the currency associated with your card or local market when supported. This makes checkout easier for international customers. Please note that your bank or card provider may still apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fees.
Can I sell items I make using your patterns?
Yes. You are welcome to use our patterns to create physical handmade items for sale. Please provide credit to the designer - Fairy Hooks (https://fairyhooks.com)
Can I share, resell, or redistribute the pattern itself?
No. All patterns remain the intellectual property of Yeti Loops. You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, publish, translate, or claim the pattern as your own, in whole or in part. Purchase of a pattern grants you a personal license to use it, not ownership of the pattern itself.
